Treat. Cure. Prevent.

Our Philosophy is that First Aid Kits Are the Building Blocks of Healing.

Our Kits' Antiseptics, Gauze, and Band-aids Prevent Bacterial Infections from Aggregating and Spreading.
We Travel to High-Risk Areas and Distribute and Demonstrate How to Use the Kits to the Homeless.

Our efficient and feasible solution gives direct interaction with the underprivileged.

Donation from Florida High School Premed Club (5/22/17)

Picture
High school students in SAS Kendall Pre-med club in Miami, Florida who are  interested in the medical field fundraised, collected, and sent 33 first aid kits and boxes to First Aid For All. This partnership indicates FAFA's growth in the southeast region. Marthena Phan, the club's president, led the project. We are very thankful for this!

Amal Bhatnagar and Apaar Bhatnagar represented First Aid For All in its second international mission trip by traveling to Jamaica's rural areas. They went to girls defense centers, churches, schools, orphanages and police stations. They carried with them almost 450 medical supplies to those whom do not have them: 309 first aid kits, 37 thermometers, 12 bandages, and 21 pill containers. They used local transportation to travel for hours in the inner country-area. During this trip, First Aid For All officially partnered with 3N Foundation, an organization that focuses on improving healthcare in hospitals throughout Jamaica.

Atlanta Distribution (7/9/16)

Today, FAFA Members Amal Bhatnagar, Soumil Nariani, and Abhi Yamini navigated throughout Atlanta, GA and handed out 21 first aid kits to 21 different people. We then donated the rest 22 first aid kits and 16 band aid boxes (sponsored by Augusta University) to Atlanta Mission, an organization that focuses on reducing homelessness throughout Atlanta.

June Athens Distribution (6/12/16)

We returned back to Athens, GA almost three months later. We saw some old faces but were also happy to meet a couple of new people. We gave out multiple first aid kits to the homeless who we encountered on our mission. We were delighted to hear one of the people in the picture on the right joyfully say, "I don't think I've ever had a kit like this before." Hearing this filled our hearts and helped motivate us to continue Project Kit Distribution.

Cup Cake Collaboration (4/30/16 - 5/1/16)

Picture
We decided to try out a different spin for our Distribution Approach. Everyone, including the underprivileged, loves to have desserts once in a while. That's why we partnered with Sweet 'n' Sensational Cakes in order to give out cup cakes to the homeless. Thanks to this new partnership, we received and gave out 40 cup cakes and first aid kits to 40 different homeless people. The looks on their faces really showed us gratitude and happiness. Many said that they had not eaten such simple yet delicious cup cakes in a while. Of course, who doesn't love cup cakes?

First Aid For All Takes On India (4/6/16 - 4/10/16)

Picture
Imagine a world in which you barely have enough resources, including shelter, clothes and food, to survive on a day-to-day basis. That is reality for 50%, almost 600 million people, of India's population. In order to try to break down this inequality, First Aid For All's Apaar Bhatnagar traveled internationally to New Delhi, India to initiate a two-part project.

1)We donated 30 first aid kits to Goonj, an organization that collects and gives items throughout India through its extensive network. These first aid kits contained adhesive bandages, antiseptic solutions, absorbant gauze, pain relief bands, thermometers and more. Through our donation, we affected 30 families, accounting to more than 130 individuals.

2) We traveled to slums and distributed clothes, ranging from Indian traditional wear to pants, to its residents. We witnessed extreme poverty in which people were living on mere dirt and surviving off of scarps of rotten food. Our donation impacted at least 50 people.

This week-long initiative exposed us to medical poverty in real life and helped motivate us to continue the distribution efforts.

Donated throughout Athens, GA (3/18/16)

Picture
In order to make in impact within the state of Georgia, our headquarters, we traveled down south to Athens, GA where we engaged with homeless people on the streets. We talked about First Aid For All, our distribution approach, and medical inequality in general. After conversing with the gentleman on the left, he looked at us in the eye and graciously said, "Thank you, thank you so much." The look he had in his eye and his facial expressions indicated  his true thankfulness and appreciation.

Second Donation from Augusta University (11/18/15)

Picture
We have been fortunate enough to have received another donation of 35 band aid boxes from Augusta University. Founder and President Amal Bhatnagar is standing with Augusta University Admissions Counselor Ms. Erin Chadwick. These band aids will be used to give to the homeless on our mission. These items may be basic but are fundamental to safe health. Through this donation, we will be able to impact more people and ensure they will have better health. FAFA member Abhi Yamani led this donation effort.
